Do Something Good With Those Bad Plastic Grocery Bags
The Grateful Thread and the ChicoBag Repurposing Program have come together to do something good with all the plastic bags that are sitting around, even the ones with holes and tears!  ChicoBag collects all the bags and then The Grateful Thread turns them into “handbags, costers, yoga mat bags, aprons and more” by hand.  All of the proceeds of the items sold go to Schuylkill Women in Crisis, which helps domestic violence victims.  To see more products sold by The Grateful Thread go to: http://www.gratefulthread.org/store
